Do you waive deductibles?
Depending on your vehicle and insurance company, we can waive some or all of your deductible.
Will you bill my insurance company?
Yes. We are approved by all major insurance companies and we work hard to make sure the insurance process is as easy as possible for you.
Do you match prices?
For your safety and peace of mind, it is our business practice to use quality O.E.M. windshields and certified technicians. We match prices of our competitors offering this same level of quality and workmanship.
What kind of warranties are offered for auto glass replacement?
Our glass suppliers are leading O.E.M. companies...PPG, Pilkington, Carlite, Mopar, Guardian... and offer a warranty against glass distortion. In addition to our one year guarantee on all materials, we guarantee our workmanship against leaks and molding retention failure for as long as you own your windshield.
Do you have mobile service?
Yes. We offer mobile service for our customers as no additional cost. During extreme winter weather conditions and rainy weather, we will need access to a garage or shop with enough room to work and move around in.
How long will it take before I can drive my vehicle?
Every job is different and the urethane products we use give a drive away time of up to two (2) hours after your windshield replacement is complete. Our certified technicians are trained in this area and will advise you on the safe drive away time required for the specific products they use to replace your windshield.
If I use my insurance to have my windshield repaired, will that cause my premium to go up?
Most insurance companies do not record windshield repairs enabling you to use your insurance without the fear of a premium increase. Contact your insurance company if you have any questions.
